Standard Returns Chute (TCE-STD)

Tecevo Return Chutes are designed and manufactured in Australia. Tecevo offers customisation of the return chutes to match the individual structural requirements of each library. Tecevo has custom manufactured chutes to accommodate extra thick cavity walls, thin glass walls and differing interior and exterior heights. Tecevo can also offer small subtle fascia chutes or large fascia chuts that draw attention. Differing signage options including back lit or down lit are available. Tecevo return chute model TCE-STD can be retro-fitted to either Secure Returns Chute or Smart Returns Chute options.

Smart Returns Chute (TCE-SMT)

Tecevo also offer a range of Smart Return Chutes that incorporate RFID Technology and utilize SIP2 or NSIP library communication standards. Real time communicate with third party library management software ensures that items are automatically removed from patron records as soon as they deposited. A receipt printer can be incorporated or added to the Smart Returns Chute printing the action/status of all books returned through the chute.

Secure Returns Chute (TCE-SEC)

Secure Return Chutes are design to discourage and limit the non library material being deposited through the return chute. This is achieved by a controlled chute flap that only opens when the system detects an item with an appropriate RFID tag. Secure Return Chutes can also be fitted with all the features of Smart Return Chutes.
