Dynamic Leveling Bins

Dynamic leveling bins are designed for use with the Tecevo Returns Sorter or independently. A motorised self adjusting base, controlled by Second generation electronics look over the entire surface of the bin to accurately track height of items. The base automatically lowers or raises to ensure that the bin does not over flow and items are always available at the top. This means that items being dropped in to the bins by the Returns Sorter have only a short distance to fall minimising damage to the returned item. Also the items being unloaded by library staff are easily accessible at the top of the bin reducing back strain.

The bins have large caster wheels for easy mobility and are battery powered, meaning the auto leveling is active while away from the sorter. The bins automatically charge when docked to the Returns Sorter and report their presence to the machine and if they are full or not.  (Separate charging docks are available for independent use).
