Returns Sorter
Tecevo is proud to have designed and produced an Australian made sorting solution that incorporates many unique innovate features to make it one of the leading solutions available. Key features of our system include:

Dynamic Leveling Bins
Tecevo's bins feature an electro-mechanical self-adjusting base that keeps items at the correct level for good OH&S practice. Items deposited by the Returns Sorter fall only a short distance, minimising damage. The base is automatically lowered as new items are added, ensuring that the trolley does not overflow, and automatically raised as items are removed to reduce strain on staff when they are unloading items. In addition, the trolleys are battery powered, meaning that auto leveling is available when away from the sorter – when shelving for example.
Smart Returns Chute
Tecevo offers a range of Smart Return Chutes that incorporate RFID Technology and utilize SIP2 or NSIP library communication standards. Real time communicate with third party Library management software ensures that items are automatically removed from patron records as soon as they are deposited.
Secure Returns Chute
Secure Return Chutes are designed to discourage and limit the non library material being deposited through the return chute. This is achieved by a controlled chute flap that only opens when the system detects an item with an appropriate RFID tag. Secure Return Chutes can also be fitted with all the features of Smart Return Chutes.
Security Gates
Security gate uprights that can house a range of different RFID equipment, including UHF and HF, and connect back to the Library Management System as required for some read only RFID implementations. Wide range of customizable surface finishes are available.
Self Check and Staff Stations
Tecevo has manufactured self check stations since 2004 and is always pleased to provide a state of the art solution to match the most stringent needs of our customers. Tecevo has acquired in-depth experience with LMS and RFID technology and the interfacing of that technology since our inception, that combined with ongoing improvements in the touch screen and RFID technology fields enables us to make cost effect, advanced and aesthetically pleasing new products.
