Tecevo's Returns Sorter is a system designed and manufactured in Australia with local libraries and budgets in mind. It is a proven design consistently processing returns at rates of up to 1,000 items per hour.
Tecevo has developed a proven method for the separation of items which constitutes a critical component of any system that accepts multiple item returns. This system uses several inclined conveyors and has a demonstrated successful separation rate of 95%.
The unique rocking delivery method of the Tecevo Returns Sorter, combined with our Dynamic Leveling Bins (with automatic height adjustment) reduces the day to day impact on the items during handling.
This rocking delivery method also enables the bins to sit farther underneath the Sorter, creating a more compact design. The compact and modular design ensures that there is a configuration to suit your needs. Place bins on either side for maximum sort destinations, or install the system against a wall to enhance workflow.
Due o the ease of the system upgrades, new modules can be added to increase the sorting destinations and items storage capacity as the library circuation volume grows. This is also a great way to lower the required initial investment while maintaining a waste-free growth potential.
Accumulation
Tecevo's sorting solution can incorporate an accumulation conveyor to accommodate a high volume of simultaneous returns through multiple chutes. This ensures that the system can cope with a high burst rate of returns without causing a delay to patrons returning numerous items.
